Dear Ginger,
I just closed on the two units in the Village you sold me pre-construction
two years ago. Driving back to Bowling Green, KY, I got to thinking about
my experience at Sandestin since you represented me with the purchase
of my property in Beachside I in September 1995.
Time flies, since September 1995 when I retired, you have represented
me in the purchase of five properties and the selling of two properties
in Sandestin and Jay has become a pro at golf.
Seriously, I just wanted to thank you for all the times you have helped
me with problems at Sandestin and in my transition to Florida. I know
that many times I have called you , both day and night, when you must
have thought our deal is done, why is he calling me?
Your son, Drew, said it best a few years ago: “ My mother works
all the time.”
Ginger, Labor day 2002 weekend will be my 7th anniversary of my experience
at Sandestin. I cannot thank you enough for all you and Jay have done
for Brenda and me.

Ginger,
We’ve purchased three units from Ginger, including a Beachside
unit in May 1997, which we sold with Ginger’s help in June 2004.
We sold it in two days for more than 98% of our asking price.
We wouldn’t think of using anyone else in the Destin area. Ginger
does what she says she will do when she says she will do it…and
always with a smile. She’s extremely knowledgeable and very professional,
and it comes as no surprise that she has a super support staff.
All our calls were answered promptly and everyone knew who we were and
the property we were asking about. It was really nice to not be just
another name or number. And it was apparent Ginger hired very good people
and trained them well.
It’s obvious Ginger has some old fashioned ideas about how to provide
service to her clients, which makes it great for anyone who chooses to
do business with her!
